The header image for your Fundraising Page is the centerpiece of the
donor's experience with the page. As such, a really great header
image can really make the page shine! But it can sometimes be a bit
confusing when you upload a photo and it doesn't look quite right.
Here are some tips for how to get a great-looking header image:

right length:height ratio, it's going to look grainy, pixellated, or
distorted. Oh no! Here are the best sizes to use for each page. You
can use a larger size than this, but make sure it sticks to the right
aspect ratio (the length:height ratio)
Everyday Giving Pages:
Donation Form Focused Template: 1600x1000 pixels, a 8:5 aspect
ratio
High Impact Story Template: 1600x600 pixels, a 8:3 aspect ratio
Peer to Peer and Events Pages:
All Pages: 1200x600 pixels, a 2:1 aspect ratio
Does my picture meet the criteria?
To tell how large your photo is, find the photo on your computer and
right click on it. View the image Properties. It will tell you there what
the photo's size is. The first number is the length and the second
number is the height.
Does it need to be an exact match?
No. If it's a little too small or a little off the aspect ratio, it will be hard
to notice. Those recommended sizes are just that: recommended, but
the further away you get from them, the more noticeable any defects
will be.
My photo is too small to meet this criteria!
If your photo is too small, there are two options: find a different photo,
or make the photo a part of a larger photo. Let's say you're a pet
shelter, and you have a couple of headshots of pets that you serve:
Both of these photos are too small. If you use either of them, they're
going to look very grainy in the background of your page. What do
you do?
You could take them and add them to a background:
