GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS – ALL CONTRACTS

Item 1 - Question: Please confirm that the water treatment building is by GC; addendum 1 isn't clear.

Response: The water treatment building is part of the .1 General Construction Contract, plumbing piping, site water piping and water treatment equipment is by the .3 Plumbing Contractor.

Item 2 - Question: Please confirm whether or not SWH1&2 is part of Base Bid No. 1 or 3? It says on the drawings the collector and plumbing is part of Base Bid No. 3 but want to confirm where we should be figuring SWH-1&2.

Response: Base Bid No. 1 shall include the BWH-1 and BWH-2; SWH-1 and SWH-2 are part of Base Bid No. 3. Refer to Drawing P-1, Plumbing General Notes; Note 28. Base Bids.
