SCOPE OF WORK

This Addendum includes changes to, or clarifications of, the original Bidding Documents and any

previously issued addenda, and shall be included in the Bid. All of these Addendum items form a part of

the Contract Documents. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate space

provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the Bid.

CHANGES TO PREVIOULSY ISSUED ADDENDA

None.

RESPONSE TO CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS

1. Control Dampers, (TYP. Of 4) on (D) M 101, are these new or relocated Control Dampers? If new please

provide specification/requirements.

The existing control dampers shall be relocated.

2. Is there a chemical fire suppression system in the Data Center?

The Data Center is served by both a Double-Preaction Dry-Pipe Spinkler System and a Clean Agent

Fire Suppression System (Novec 1230). Two heads from the Preaction system will need to be

relocated, and two heads will need to be added in front of the new bulkhead. No changes are

anticipated to the clean agent system.

3. Can epoxy be used for fastening on the project?

No, mechanical fastening must be used on the project. Epoxy is not acceptable.

4. What color does the bulkhead in the Data Center get painted?

Paint shall match existing - Sherwin Williams – Alabaster SW 7008.

5. How many floor diffusers should the contractor expect to relocate in the Call Center?

Contractor shall include the relocation of twelve (12) floor diffusers. This will consist of relocating

the 2’x2’ floor access floor tiles, coordinating final locations with Owner, and patching carpet tile.

Owner will provide carpet tile.
