a. Add new general note stating that, “All new hydronic piping shall be tested

at 1.5 times the system relief valve setpoint, or to a pressure not less than

100 psi, whichever is higher, for duration of 15 minutes per Section 1208.1

of the 2003 International Mechanical Code.”

3. Drawings M-1

through M-4

a. Add General Note 2: “All VAV boxes shall be installed per manufacturer’s

recommendations, including service clearances.”

4. Drawing M-4 a. Modify per MSK-1: The FSD has been changed to CFS. Note 4 does not

apply to this location.

b. Modify Note 7 to read, “Install 3 new combination fire/smoke dampers.”

c. Delete Note 8.

d. Modify per MSK-2: The valves located within the space near the elevator

are to be installed outside the shaft space as shown.

5. Drawing M-7 a. Modify per MSK-3: Detail A1 modified to show piping anchors.

b. Modify per MSK-5: Detail B2 added to show unit heater supports.

c. Modify per MSK-6: Detail C2 added to show VAV supports.

6. Drawing M-8 a. Add note to Detail A2, “Installation must comply with 2003 International

Mechanical Code for access to mechanical equipment.”

b. Modify per MSK-4: Detail C2 changed to C3 and modified to show

threaded rod as hot dipped galvanized.

c. Modify per MSK-10: New Detail C3 added to show heat trace.

7. Drawing M-10 a. Delete HVAC Note 6.

b. Modify per MSK-7: New Detail C1 added to show EF-3 Supports.
