This Solicitation Addendum modifies the Bid Document(s) for Work only to the extent indicated herein. All other areas not specifically mentioned or affected by this Solicitation Addendum shall remain in full force. This Solicitation Addendum shall be added as a part of the Original Bidding Document. This Solicitation Addendum must be acknowledged by inserting its number on the appropriate blank lines in the CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION FORM, in Part 4 of the Invitation to Bid, and by providing all required signatures prior to Bid Closing.
