Changes and Clarifications to Specifications: General Refer to the Pre-Bid Meeting Attendance Roster listed as Attachment A. The IFB# should be shown as 0058636 throughout the Specifications. The date of the Specifications should be shown as March 2019 throughout. The Specifications Table of Contents should be replaced with Attachment B. The Standard Engineering and Building Forms cover sheet should be replaced with Attachment C. Bid Due Date and Opening Date

The bid due date and time remains April 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The bid opening date and time remains April 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The bid receipt and bid opening location remains unchanged, which is the Virginia Tech Procurement Department, Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, North End Center (MC 0333), Suite 2100, 300 Turner Street NW, Blacksburg, Virginia 24061. Specification Section 01 11 00 – Summary of Work The last sentence of 1.07, A should be changed to: The Owner requires that the Contractor achieve substantial completion no later than August 31, 2019. ALL OTHER SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME A signed acknowledgment of this addendum must be attached to the Bid. Signature on this addendum does not constitute the bidder’s signature on the original bid document.
