Video Email - Campaigns1. Find or create a video

2. Video file must be uploaded somewhere

• YouTube.com

• BombBomb• If using BB, ignore steps 3 thru 7

3. Copy URL/link for that video

4. Open up one of your eEdge campaigns

5. In Edit Mode, click “add” and select “link to video”

6. Paste URL/link into pop-up window

7. Repeat for each touch

8. Save and test your new campaign

Video Email - Single Touches1. Open your preferred email system

• Gmail, Outlook, eEdge, BombBomb, Yahoo, etc.

2. Video file must be uploaded somewhere first

• YouTube.com, BombBomb, etc.

3. Copy URL/link for that video

4. Compose a new email

5. Paste link into new email

6. Experiment with pasting an image into email and hyperlinking to video

• Some email systems allow this and some don’t

• Note: eEdge provides a stock play button image and allows adding your own

• Note: BombBomb auto-creates a play button image from your video

3. Copy embed code for that video• Un-check “Show suggested videos”

• Review player size

• Consider embedding a playlist

4. Log in to website admin tool

5. Paste embed code into HTML/source code editor

6. Preview page

7. Tweak player size and location on page as needed
