KNOW YOUR TANK

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentPREPARE STORAGE VESSELS:Shift the storage tanks/drums under the filling valve.

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentClose the ValvesClose the valves of the unrelated tanks and their routes

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentOpen the ValvesOpen the valves of the tank and its route which will give the resin

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentTurn on the pump:Open the valve of the diaphragm pump and turn on the air for the diaphragm pump to begin pumping the resin into the vessel.

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentTurn off the Pump: After filling the vessel, be ready to close the airline to stop the diaphragm pump

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentClose the valve: Close the valves from the diaphragm pump and unloading route of the tank from which resin was removed.

Maintenance Engineer- Production DepartmentRemove the vessel: After making sure it is safe, transport the tank/drums to the required location.
