referred research journal at par with the top journals on the

subject. The journal aims at academicians, consultants, policy

makers, business managers and practitioners to publish research

work of Management discipline.

GUIDELINES FOR FINAL PAPER

Paper Contributors/ Presenters should send a soft copy of their

All final papers submissions must have a title page, discipline, sub-

theme of the paper, the name (s) of the author (s), affiliation (s),

complete address of all authors including phone, fax, e-mail

address, and biographical note (s) (max.100 words) of the author (s).

The title of the paper must be written in Bold Capital

Letters using 12 pt Times New Roman Font. Although all

sub-headings (e.g. abstract, introduction, objective,

methodology, findings and conclusion should also be in



capital letters using 12 pt Times New Roman Font. They should not

be written in bold letters.

All authors will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail after

the receipt of the full papers.

All papers will be scrutinized by the Editorial committee. If

the full paper is not complying with the conditions

mentioned in the brochure then a mail will be send to those

authors and the authors should make the necessary

changes as mentioned. All the tables and figures should be

incorporated into the body of the paper.



GENERAL GUIDELINES:

All manuscripts should be Professionally Proof – read before

the submission. The content should be original,

unpublished work. Manuscript must not have been

previously published.

DAIMSR is not responsible for any claim made in any of the

papers accepted for publications in the proceedings. The

authors of each of the papers are solely responsible for the

content referencing of the papers, grammar, theories,

positions, and terminologies set forth in proceedings. the

authors of the papers are also responsible for ensuring that

manuscripts they have submitted for publication in the

proceeding have not been published else were and content

no material previously published or written by another

person, except when due reference is made in the text of the

paper.

All manuscripts will be subjected to a double blind, peer

review process. Since the journal is of National significance

as it covers many important business related areas the

proceedings may be made available for sale to the general

public at the sole discretion of DAIMSR.



The copyright will belong to Dr. Ambedkar Institute of

Management Studies and Research, Deeksha Bhoomi,

Nagpur. Selected quality papers may be considered for

publication in “Acuitas- The Journal of Management

Research”, subject to another double – blind peer – review –

process. No paper will be accepted for publication if it is not

prepared appropriately complying with the general

instructions.
