PDs/CDs/CLGOOs Conference An Activity Design RATIONALE: Conduct of PDs/CDs/CLGOOs Conference is a regular monthly undertaking of the Office. It is an activity that allows key officials of the Office to meet and discuss on matters or concerns relative to major PPAs that are being implemented by the Office, Administrative oncerns that need appropriate actions, Office Upkeep issues and other equally important matters worth discussing. As such, to make the conduct of the activity successful, the necessary financial support is needed from DILG -10 Regional Office Management. OBJECTIVES: 1. For DILG Office-10 to host the conduct of PDs/CDs/CLGOOs Conference on September 7, 2015. 2. Discuss on matters relating to major PPAs , administrative concerns and other urgent matters or concerns; PARTICIPANTS: 1- Regional Director 3-Division Chiefs 5-Provicial Directors 2-City Directors 7-CLGOOs 5-Program Regional Focal Persons 1-PDMU 1-Budget Officer 1-Planning Officer 2-ORD Staff 4-Drivers ----------------- Total of 32 participants VENUE: The conference will be held at the Conference Room of DILG 10-Regional Office on September 7, 2015 and will start from 9:00 o’clock in the morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS: A Total of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND AND ONE HUNDRED PESOS will be used for the activity. The breakdowns are as follows:

A Total of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND AND ONE HUNDRED PESOS will be used for the activity. The breakdowns are as follows:
