Over ten weeks’ employees will improve their health knowledge, inspire their colleagues and have fun. HOW IT WORKS • AWC focuses on creating an employee driven wellbeing culture through an engaging social platform that tackles all health concerns Employees form teams of five and their goal over the 10 weeks is to unlock all 15 Active levels by earning points for healthy behaviours, weekly challenges and bonus workouts • Trophies are earnt by entering daily health points, completing weekly individual challenges, fortnightly team challenges and bonus workouts • The unique photo sharing feature inspires employees to make positive and lasting behavioural changes • Once the challenge is completed winners are announced and all teams and individuals receive finishers certificates showcasing level reached • An organisation report is provided to see how the workplace has improved across all behaviours. • Support from start to finish, once your workplace is registered we take over.
