To incorporate 21st century approaches to enhance and to inculcate thinking skills.

To excites the students curiosity about phenomena and events in the world around them.

SHORT-TERM GOALS

Promote critical thinking.

Support interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Encourage use of different pool of resources.

Promote communication skills by effective oral, written and multimedia communications in a variety of forms and contents.

Develop creativity and intellectual curiosity.

Provide opportunities to promote higher order thinking.

Engage students in ALTs and ABL strategies.

Through group work open house discussion will be promoted.

CHALLENGES SOLUTIONS

Shortage of time and resources.

Lack of support from parents.

Grouping may not be liked by students

School administration shall be requested for resources and

effective use of free time shall be made.

The importance of research and exploration shall be explained to

the parents.

There is more than one type of learning. A committee of colleges, led by Benjamin Bloom (1956), identified three domains of educational activities:

Cognitive: mental skills (Knowledge)

Affective: growth in feelings or emotional areas (Attitude)

Psychomotor: manual or physical skills (Skills)
