At ACD® the fishes are gardening!Welcome to the world of aquaponics.

What is Aquaponics:Aquaponics combines the cultivation of fish and vegetables in a closed water system, in which the fish supplynutrients (droppings) for the plants and plants in exchange filter the water for the fish. Aquaponics has been onthe rise in recent years, especially in an industrial context. ACD® has in cooperation with Myfood, our Europeanpartner for Aquaponics, helped to develop a complete system that makes this type of culture also possible inour Prestige greenhouses.

An intelligent ACD® greenhouse: The system operates within a closed loop system, which makes monitoring and control fairly simple. Based onintelligent sensors, data is collected and processed in a specially developed App. This app communicates withthe online hub in the greenhouse that converts the data into actions to the pump system, ventilation, lighting, ...The hub also notifies the user via an alert when there must be intervened in the greenhouse. All these systemsare powered by semi-transparent solar panels that makes the greenhouse autonomous. A pallet stove withthermostat can also be installed for the colder periods or in colder regions. In this way, during the four seasonscan be cultivated ecologically.

Growing in the ACD® aquaponics greenhouse, child’s play and anywhere possible:Getting started with this system takes only 1 day. The safety glass, that ACD® accuratelyselected, is 7 x as strong as drawngreenhouse glass.

The safety glass features polished sides. Selfassembly is even safer, easier and provides extra firmness!

If the safety glass breaks, it breaks in nonhazardous, small particles, just like a carwindow.

Professional corner profile

The aluminum corner profiles with theirunique design wear a large part of theconstruction of the greenhouse. They takedesign, aesthetics & maximum strengthinto account.

Large window with storm protection

The greenhouse is provided with a largewindow with hammered safety glass and aunique storm lock.

The window can be opened manually bymeans of a solid boost, which can be easilystored away. This window will also take thenecessary ventilation and aeration.

Tubular professional glazing bars

Spacious and large outdoor gutter with universal down pipes

This spacious gutter profile allows easy down and conduction of the rainwater. So it can also beused to collect rain water in a rain barrel and used in your greenhouse.

Water- and windproof rubber strips

This rubber strips ensure that the glassis packed tightly in the glass bars. Every window is both above and at the bottom of the profile locked. These rubber strips make the greenhouse water and wind tight. This avoids that the glass shifts, or breaks.

The carrier will contact you a few days before delivery to arrange a date.

1. The Delivery

1.1. Date of deliveryThe carrier will contact the end consumer a few days before delivery to determine a delivery date.In case of postponement of delivery, after made order, an extra cost of € xx will be charged.From the 5th week of this postponement, this amount will be increased by € x per day.

+ If the delivery is refused, an amount of € xxx will be charged. + Always ensure that someone is present at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery (despite the appointment made),

1.2. Delivery address

+ The delivery address must be accessible for heavy traffic. (truck with max dimensions: B2.50 mx H 4.10 m x L 18.70 m, with loading / unloading).

+ If the delivery address is not accessible for heavy traffic, please report this in advance on the order form. If this has not been reported in advance, a fixed amount of € xxx will be charged.

1.3. Practical information on delivery

+ The boxes with the frame of the greenhouse are manually unloaded. The glass box is unloaded with a pallet transporter. + The goods are standard delivered on the sidewalk.

1.4. Storage of the greenhouse

+ Keep the delivery dry and sheltered. If the package is exposed to rain and a lot of sun, this can cause irreparable damage to the greenhouse (windows stick together, stains on the glass, glue residues ...)

1.5. Dimensions and weight of the action models

1.6. Damage or incorrect parts on delivery

+ Always receive the goods (even if they are damaged). + Visible damage to the packaging and / or the goods must be noted immediately and described in detail on the delivery note from the

carrier. So do not just write down “Subject to count and state”, but more specifically, example: “we see broken windows in the glass box”. Invisible damage or a non-compliant delivery must be reported as soon as possible (a maximum of two months after delivery). Contact our service after sales with a written notification ([email protected]) and send the following items for a smooth completion:

General tips for the perfect assembly of the greenhouse + Make sure the surface is flat and free of obstacles. + Handy supplies: suction cup for glass, gloves,... + For the placement of the greenhouse in the ground it’s recommended to provide +/- 12 kg of concrete per ground anchor + Assemble the greenhouse according to the chronology of the manual. Do not skip any steps. + Assembling your greenhouse: on a concrete foundation: ask for wall or concrete anchors when ordering. + This additional information must be on the order form. + Tell your insurance company about the purchase of your new greenhouse. + Watch our assembly videos on our website.

Pick up of your greenhouseIf you have the necessary means of transportation to pick up your greenhouse yourself, you can pick up theconservatory yourself in consultation with your point of sale. Register your intention to pick up at the time ofordering.

Keep in mind the following elements: + The collection of the greenhouse must be done at ACD® in Roeselare + Pick up is done by appointment. + The package consists of:

― Three to seven boxes that have approximately the same length of the greenhouse. ― A glass box with an average weight of 500kg on a pallet.

Warranty conditionsNo later than at the finalization of the agreement between ACD® and the customer, ACD® provides all informationto the customer in writing regarding the warranty arrangement for the new goods delivered and/or placed byACD®.

+ ACD® greenhouses (not Prestige range): ― 10 year manufacturer’s warranty ― 2 years color coating

We replace every part that would not meet our high standard requirements. The warranty covers all possibledamage due to defects in the material. The guarantee covers only the material costs and excludes the costs oflabor.

This guarantee is given to the original owner and is not transferable. The guarantee excludes all damage due toincorrect or irresponsible use or damage due to exceptional nature-related situations. No guarantee is granted onthe glazing (glass and / or polycarbonate).

In case of repairs after this period, the costs for working hours and travel must be paid by the customer. The claimto this guarantee only applies after full payment of the invoice by the customer. The goods delivered and/or placedby ACD® will receive the factory guarantee as stated by ACD® to the customer at the latest at the conclusion ofthe agreement between ACD® and the customer. Damage resulting from this (damage to other materials or thirdparties) is not covered by this warranty.

The warranty of ACD® does not apply to the following points: + If during the repair by ACD® it should be established that the operating and maintenance instructions were

not complied with + There is incorrect or irresponsible use, incorrect connection by third parties or incorrect maintenance (not

according to manufacturer’s instructions) + Repairs or modifications to the goods were carried out by third parties + There is damage by third parties / vandalism + Damage is caused by exposure to an aggressive environment (corrosion, discoloration, ...) + The product is not assembled according to the rules of art or deviates from the manual on glass and all

accessories. + On glass and all accessoires. + In case of damage caused by storm, whirlwinds or hailstorms.
