ACST Newsletter April 2016
Monster Mini Golf Outing
ACST is holding a fundraising event at Monster Mini Golf on Friday, June 10th from 7-9pm in lieu of practice. Tickets sales were held until June 8th, and the group who bought the most tickets will be rewarded with an Ice Cream Party on June 13th.
Fun Meet and Info Night for Developmental
On June 23rd Coach Karr is planning a fun meet for our devel-opmental kids. This will give them an idea what competitive swimmers do during a meet. A short informational discussion will be held at the beginning of the session for the develop-mental parents.
Recycling program
Don’t know what to do with a good pair of jammers or fins that your kid has outgrown? Put it in a bag, clearly labeled with size/age and male/female/unisex. Bring it to the pool and put it in the bin marked “ACST RECYCLING AUCTION.” After we have collected all of the donations, we will set a date in the summer for the auction.
Billing Reminder For competitive swimmers, there will be no coaching fees billed for July. Please continue to watch your account for meet fees.
2016 LC Championship Pasta Dinner
Pasta Dinner for Divisional and State swimmers will be held on July 19th at Avon United Methodist Church, Wesley Pavilion. More details to come.

Celebrating 30 YEARS... Avon Community Swim Team has been in place for 30 years. Since its inception in 1986, ACST has served the com-
petitive swimming needs of Avon and the surrounding communities. There are no residency restrictions. Anyone
may join! Without the help of the board of directors, coaches, swimmers, parents and volunteers, it would not have
been possible. We have always had the best volunteers around. We are known to have one of the best hospitality
rooms in swim meets. Again, none of these would have been possible without all of your help. Thank you!
