Plexiglas® acrylic sheets are resistant to a variety of common chemicals. However, the chemical resistance varies based on part geometry, the amount of stress and/or strain applied to the part, the fabrication conditions, the exposure temperature, and the duration of exposure to the chemical. We recommend that you test your particular part made from Plexiglas® acrylic sheet under appropriate conditions for your end-use application.
The ratings below are qualitative and are based on visual appearance at ambient temperature.
