THEPERFORMERSWith a commanding vibrato voice mature beyond her age, 13 year old Isabella Santiago is no stranger to the stage. She proudly boasts a host of first place prizes in local, regional and national talentcompetitions, most notably Honey Jam Showcase 2012, Markham Idol and the York Region Talent Search. After performing six songs over two days to a large crowd at Toronto’s Dundas Square as part of the FilipinoMaking Waves Festival in August 2011, Isabella was invited by the festival organizers to open for the world famous Filipino singing group “Legaci” at the Opera House in Toronto. Currently, Isabella is being mentored and coached by renowned pop singer and Columbia/Sony recording artist, Roberta Michele. Isabella is a bright, young star exuding raw talent with an extremely powerful and emotive voice.

A soloist of the award winning University of Santo Tomas Singers; she was part of the group in the 49th Llangolen Eisteddfod Choir of the World Competition and was awarded the most coveted Grand Prize. It was inevitable being trained by Maestro Ryan Cayabyab himself plus workshops under Trumpets and

the Center for Pop Music Philippines. After a lull in her singing career, she joined LAFFATTAK. Her cuddly frame and powerful voice made her the best female vocalist to join the band. Soon after, she frontlined her own acoustic trio dubbed as IVY LEAGE. She also dabbles in theatre, as part of CCMP’S staging of South Pacific at Meadowvale Theatre, playing Bloody Mary where she bagged the Best Supporting Actress. She was a regular singer for the game show “The Singing Bee” at ABS-CBN before she came to Canada. In the short time that she’s lived in Canada, she already recorded a song for the compilation CD “Kami nAPO naman dito sa Canada” and has been invited to do her solo show “IVY JOY and the Music of David Foster” produced by RST Productions.
