CIA National Seminar Series
“Durability of Concrete Structures” The Concrete Institute of Australia will present a one-day course in November that will provide an update on the work being done on revised and new durability publications, and to provide guidance on durability design processes and practice that satisfy requirements for all concrete structure types. Delegates attending the seminar will be the first to receive hardcopies of the newly published Institute documents, Z7/01 “Durability – Planning” and Z7/04 “Durability – Good Practice Through Design, Concrete Supply and Construction” Recommended Practice handbooks, as part of the ticket price. Final draft copies of other recommended practice notes being revised will also be included. The Durability of Concrete Structures National Seminar Series will go a long way to providing designers and practitioners the necessary tools for design and construction of durable structures based on the latest understanding of exposure, materials and deterioration process.
