Acquisitions & Development Analyst Multidisciplinary urban real estate investment + development firm seeking fulltime mid to senior level real estate acquisitions and development associate to assist with all aspects of its acquisitions and development opportunities, including financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, entitlements, design, legal oversight, budgeting, construction, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a diligent worker and a team player who has the ability to work independently and has excellent written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities include: Perform financial analysis and due diligence for new development opportunities by assisting in underwriting and cash flow analysis. Assist with all aspects of acquisitions and development: financing, government approvals, consultant coordination, design, leasing / marketing and construction oversight. Assist in preparing business plans, financial forecasts and strategic plans. Perform market research as appropriate. Solicit, evaluate and present proposals from vendors for project work. Minimize exposure and risk on various projects. Effectively communicate relevant project information to senior project team members. This position is ideal for the entrepreneurial real estate development professional looking for enormous growth potential. The position is based out of Miami, FL. Acquisitions  &  Development  Analyst  

Multi-­‐disciplinary  urban  real  estate  investment  +  development  firm  seeking  full-­‐time  mid  to  senior  level  real  estate  acquisitions  and  development  associate  to  assist  with  all  aspects  of  its  acquisitions  and  development  opportunities,  including  financial  analysis  and  modeling,  due  diligence,  entitlements,  design,  legal  oversight,  budgeting,  construction,  and  asset  management.  The  ideal  candidate  is  a  diligent  worker  and  a  team  player  who  has  the  ability  to  work  independently  and  has  excellent  written  and  oral  communication  skills.
