A Volunteer is needed to assist Millie with
this vital ministry. We need someone who
can help schedule Acolytes to serve each week
and to also coach them in what to do.
Young people who reported that their parents
had at first “forced” them to acolyte, expressed a
newfound connection to worship and an
enthusiasm for being at church. They felt much
more engaged in the worship service by playing
an active role rather than sitting in the pews.
“Whoever wants to serve me must follow me,
so that my servant will be with me where I am.
And my Father will honor anyone who serves
me” (John 12:26)
Please call the office or send an email to
[email protected] if you are willing to
assist in this ministry.
The Journey Adult Sunday School invites
you to participate in lively discussion of
God's word, Sunday @ 9:30am, Room 212
