Indications for use include the treatment of mild to moderate acne, including pustular acne, comedonal acne and mild to moderate inflammatory acne (acne vulgaris) in all skin types (Fitzpatrick I-VI).

Side effects are generally mild and may include redness, swelling and mild discomfort during treatment. Potential risks include, blistering, scarring, infection, bruising, pigmentary changes, skin fragility

around the treatment area and superficial erosion of the treated area.
