Chris Norby Lied on Campaign Forms and Broke the Law.

Chris Norby admitted he broke the law by using campaign funds to pay for a room at a Fullerton motel and describing it on his campaign’s financial disclosure forms as “study of homeless and motel families.”

It was later revealed that Norby had stayed at the motel because he was having a dispute with his then-wife.
