As a campaign, it works for a favorable an enabling environment for Sustainable Organic & Ecological agriculture in terms of polices, programs and budgets both at the national and local level

As a movement, it brings together farmers, LGUs, academe, citizens’ groups and individuals for promotion, institutionalization and practice of OA.

Institute call for the immediate implementation of the 6 year National Organic Agriculture Program to ensure promotion of OA nationwide.

Scale up production areas to promote the goal to convert at least 10% of rice farms to SOE by 2016.

SOE agriculture should be adopted by all relevant government agencies aside from the DA.
