• Constraints in rejuvenation programme have been discussed with Forest deptt. and issues are shortlisted.

• HRD capsules prepared and training institutions have been identified and finalized.

• Nodal Agencies are being identified for timely input arrangement.

• Consultancy services are being finalized for different innovative and technology based activities from different institutions in co-ordination with UPCAR.

• Seeking tie-up with Mandi Parishad for establishment of markets and other post harvest activities.

• Month wise phasing and accordingly implementation strategies of different activities.
