Fund on-track relative to the Strategic Plan. $10 million by December 2010 is achievable

but significant work essential to deliver this goal. ‘Our work has already uncovered far

more opportunities than the Treaty has capacity to manage’.

CCS efficiency principles

Moving forward CCS suggests a number of actions to streamline efforts and maximize

Resources Mobilized.

• Increased high level direct contact with Contracting Party decision makers

• Encouraging investments directly to the BSF

• Creating a sense of urgency among prospects

• Promoting multi year investments (3 – 5 years)

• Intensify communications & media effort to prioritize mainstreamed message

• Prompt high impact launch of next call for proposals

• Recruit additional Leadership

• Staffing / resourcing – Plan indicated a P3 & P5
