General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referredto as “The Promoter”.

Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales Residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legalguardian consent to enter. However, employees and immediate relatives of ACE RadioBroadcasters Pty. Ltd.

Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relativesare ineligible to enter at their business. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents,spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.

Competition Period Entry Opens: Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6.00 AMEntry Closes: Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11.59 PMGrand Draw: Monday, December 13, 2021 between 8.00 - 8.30 AM

Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to scan the unique QR Code when they have successfullypurchased from any of the participating businesses (see below lists of individual ACE Marketentry points)

Once the entrant has successfully scanned the QR Code, they will be directed to an officialonline entry form, which they are encouraged to fill out.

Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database not at thetime of transmission by the entrant.

Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible andwill be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinionof the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatoryand/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.

Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name inentering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeminga prize.

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’sresponsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided inan entry should be directed to the Promoter.

Conditions ACE Radio will endeavour to conduct all promotional activities as detailed in these terms andconditions. However, should State or Federal Government covid restrictions impact theactivation due to temporary lockdowns we may need to adjust certain timelines and conditionsto ensure we remain compliant with government regulations.Any changes will be made public through the radio stations and websites listed in these termsand conditions.

If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years these terms and conditions must be signed bythe prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded and the prize may at theabsolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian.

The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to receive funds.

● Australian Drivers License● Victorian proof of age card or an equivalent from another state or territory of Australia.● Australian or foreign passport.

AUD$1000.00 each week for fifty-two weeks (52) or a lump sum of $52,000 will only beawarded following winner validation and verification to the satisfaction of the promoter.

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which issuffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injurysuffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot beexcluded by law.

All entrants give ACE Radio Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have won themajor prize or voucher and the details of the prizes that they have won – including costs.

Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of thewinner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is aconcern.

Grand Draw: The Grand Draw will be conducted on Monday, December 13, 2021, at ACE RadioBroadcasters - Apt 8C, 18 Albert Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205 between 8.00 am & 8.30am.

All entries will be collated into a master database with the winner being selected by a randomnumber generator and that person will be deemed the winner of “Live Free for a Year”.
