Account Information Review When was the last time you checked the information on your account? Has your address changed? What is your current phone number? Do you know who you have listed as your account beneficiary? Al l of these questions need to be answered once a year. I f any thing has changed or needs to be updated, the credit union needs to be notified in writing. Beneficiary changes must be done at the credit union office.
