GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

METHODS OF PAYMENT

For accommodation in a hotel it is required to present an accommodation voucher upon check-in.

Accommodation voucher will be provided by ACADEMSERVICE either by fax or e-mail upon 100% prepayment.

All reservations are subject to availability at the moment of booking.

Check-in is at 15:00. Check-out is at 12:00.

Early check-in before 15:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for a night.

Late check-out from 12:00 till 18:00 is subject to 50% of the room rate for a night.

Late check-out after 18:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for a night.

Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the duration as originally reserved.

All additional charges must be settled with the hotel’s cashier counter upon check-out.

request to [email protected].

Please note that a minimum stay of 4 nights is required at the hotels National, Ararat Park Hayat Moscow, Baltschug

Kempinski Moscow, Crowne Plaza Moscow - World Trade Centre, Radisson Royal Moscow and Marriott Grand from

14 to 20 June 2014.

Payment for on-line reservation can be made by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/EuroCard/JCB) in RUB at the moment

of booking according to Academservice invoice. If payment by Credit Card is not completed within 20 minutes since the

moment of booking, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Payment for off-line reservation can be made by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/EuroCard/JCB) in RUB or by bank

transfer in RUB, USD or EUR according to Academservice invoice.

Please note that bank transfer fees are at delegate or company’s charge.

Please note that American Express, Visa Electron and MasterCard Electron are NOT accepted.

TERMS OF ACCOMMODATION

The deadline for booking is 14 May 2014.

No modification or amendment can be made after the final confirmation.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

No cancellation can be made after the final confirmation.

Cancellations made from the day of the final confirmation till 30 April 2014 are subject to 100% cancellation fee for the

first night.

Cancellations made from 1 May 2014 or No-Show is subject to 100% cancellation fee for the full period booked.

Refund will be made by Academservice no later than 10 business days after cancellation. In case payment was made

by a bank transfer, bank fees will not be refundable.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

100% prepayment for the whole period of stay is required at the moment of booking.
