The accident not only had greater consequences because:
Realizing that the table was walking toward me. I jumped on the mandrel hot because was been processed coil lately (resulted burns).
If I had not done this, the table would have crushed my chest;
Another employee acted quickly by placing a metal tube between the table and the mandrel, thereby preventing my leg was guillotined by threading table;
Causes of the accident
