1.0 Introduction
This manual contains information regarding the basic user interface, setup and configuration of
the Remote Management ConnectionTM for browser-based access control system.
1.1 Remote Management ConnectionTM Overview
Remote Management ConnectionTM (RMC) is designed to work real time on the remote accessing your
system. User can easily to manage all devices remotely without complicated network knowledge, router
configuration, port mapping, or specific computer. It helps user to save network training cost, labor cost
and efficient work. Remote Management ConnectionTM makes user access devices no matter with phone,
pad and computer possible. It makes user access remotely access and manage device and system at any
where any time.
1.2 System Overview
Systems are available access remotely, add and manage a variety of models devices. It is friendly and
intuitive user interface which makes efficient work.
2.0 Create Account
New user should create an account as first time login Remote Management Connection as shown
below.

Access rmc.sicunet.com, click [Register an Account] and go to register an account page shown
as below;
Create [Username], [Password], and [Confirm Password] to get your own account. If you have
been create an account, just login with [Username], [Password]. The dashboard will [User info]
as shown below;

3.0 Add Device
At [Device Management], user can easily see [Device List] added shown as below. However, as
a new user, we need to add the device. We will add 1 device as shows below, click [Yes] and
enter [Device ID] information and click [Search].

For the user who purchased service click [Add] to add multiple device, enter [Device ID]
information and click [Search].
Users can add device address in 2 kind of way, one is add Device ID, and another is a
dd MAC address.
Example: device IP address is 192.168.0.99;
(1) Search Device ID
As shown below picture, user get device ID information with access device IP address: Network >

Copy device ID to RMC and click [Search], It will show detailed information of the device
you are going to add, as shown [No.], [Model Name], [MAC Address], [IP Address], [Por
t], [Description];

(2) Search MAC Address
As shown below picture, user get MAC address information with access device IP address:
Copy MAC address to RMC and click [Search], It will show detailed information of the device you
are going to add, as shown [No.], [Model Name], [MAC Address], [IP Address], [Port], [Description];

Click [Save] to add device and save device to device list as shown below picture;

4.0 Delete Device
To delete a device, user can go to [Device Management], select the device you are going to delete,
and select checkbox in device list, and click [Delete].
Select and click [OK] to make sure you delete the devices.

5.0 Device Information
At each Device, user can check device detailed information.
Click [No.], it shows [No.], [Device ID], [Model Name], [MAC Address], [Address], [Port], [Secure
Link], [Update Time] of the device;

Click [Secure Link], it links the public link of the device which easier for user to manage their
device anywhere;

6.0 Password Reset
User can click [Password Reset] if user need to change password.
Make sure that user input right [Old Password], [New Password], and [Confirm Password], and
click [Save] to reset login password;

7.0 Network Connection
Please send email to [email protected] along with device ID of your system to get login ID or
Password for RMC (Remote Management Connection).
8.0 Payment Management
User can select and purchase Remote Management Connection service with current system
scales and situation. It is very easy to find payment management shown as below;
