A pop-up window will now appear. This is your myFinAid page:
You’re now ready to accept your award money!
This is great info,
but if you want to
change your
award amount,
look a little
further down…
Here you can select the
dollar amounts and change them to what ever you want. This dollar amount will be for a full year’s worth of tuition. To accept everything, click the Accept All button.
Once you’ve
submitted (or
accepted the
total award),
you’re now
ready to follow
these red
directions.
You’ve also
graduated to
Step 3!!
Complete your Entrance Interview
Complete a Master Promissory Note
Submit the Data Request Form
DON’T WORRY!!
You’re almost done.
After you accepted your awards, if you correctly followed the red directions, you clicked on the Apply Online tab:
Feel free to skip Step 1
on this list; you just
completed that step in
the last section. Step 2
instructs you to
complete the Master
Promissory Note and
Entrance Interview.
Click the link that the
giant finger is pointing
at to move to the next
slide…
Complete the
steps as listed.
The Entrance
Interview is a
tutorial
describing your
loan. This step is
completed first,
as there is
information
about the
Master
Promissory Note
in the Entrance
Interview.
The Entrance Interview contains quiz questions you
must answer correctly for successful submission
(don’t worry, they’re easy). Just pay attention to
the material in each section, and you’ll be fine.
When you begin the Master Promissory Note
process, be sure to start a “new loan.”
To electronically sign your Master Promissory Note,
you’ll be asked for a PIN number. This PIN is the
same as the one you used for your FAFSA.
The giant finger is
pointing at four active
pull-down menus that
correspond to four
questions/statements.
This is simply a glorified
check list making sure
you completed the
previous steps. Your
anticipated
graduation date is
“After April 2011,” and
the answers to the
next three questions
should be “Yes.”
Make sure the
selections are such,
then click the Submit
button.
YOU’RE DONE!!
