Most Important Institutes based in Beijing; And, the Institute of Latin American Studies (ILAS), Chinese
Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) is the largest and most Important Comprehensive Research Institute of the Central Government in China;
With the Tightening of the Relationship between China and Latin America, more and more Research Centers have been Set up at Chinese Universities in Recent Years, but Most of Them are non-Entity Research Center and their Research Capability is still so weak and in Small Scale;
Ⅱ How Do They Conduct Research? ILAS at CASS As the Think-Tank of the Central Government, CASS should
fulfill the Task Given by Chinese Leaders (Policy Paper); Work with other Ministries of the Government (Internal
Paper); Finish the Research Work According to Research Plan
