Attached to the existing terminals at Abu Dhabi, the 924 m2 VIP terminal has seven private majlis for our guests to relax in whether they are arriving, departing or in transit at Abu Dhabi.

As well as a private access road for our guests arriving and departing from the terminal, the VIP Terminal has its own customs, immigration and security check points. Dedicated guest check in and baggage handling facilities are also provided at the terminal for all airlines operating at the airport.

Guests are transferred two and from their aircraft by Mercedes GL500s with a dedicated host to look after them to and from the aircraft side.

In each private Majlis guests will enjoy a stress free luxurious experience. Our service team offer an a la carte dining experience with a range of regional and international dishes on offer.

With a dedicated host for each Majlis, guests can be directed to the range of other services in the VIP terminal. The shower facilities come complete with Molton Brown amenity kits. We also offer a ventilated smoking room and prayer rooms for guests to use.

WiFi is available in every Majlis with ipads available to borrow for guests who do not have their own laptop. TVs with more than 100 Arabic and English channels are in each Majlis.

Guests are met and transferred to the aircraft individually using our fleet of Mercedes GL500s. A dedicated host will meet guests at the aircraft side on arrival and escort them to the aircraft on departure.

As well as being checked in for any airline at the VIP Terminal. Baggage is checked in on departure and delivered on arrival to the VIP Terminal. Guests can clear customs, immigration and security at the terminal on arrival or on departure. All visa services needed on arrival are available. Hosts can also deposits visas for arriving guests at the terminal.

Guests will always have the choice of boarding first or last depending on their preference when travelling.
