Tese ne s+ntesiDed antitumoral com)ounds consist in metal com)le(es itna)touinone deri-ati-es. In te )rocess of s+ntesis, 00/ as te sol-ent for transition metalsNi, Cu,Co salts in order to decrease te deuterium content of our ne com)ounds.

Te result of first e()erimental series sos tat in natural conditions, te or!anism as tetendenc+ to accumulate deuterium trou! *ioaccumulation )rocess. 5n te oter and, te !rade of deuterium de)letion seems to *e under influence *ot of s)ecimen !enot+)e and *ea-ior, and alsoof deuterium's de)letin! medium concentration ; moreo-er, tis effect is time de)endent.

Te result of second e()erimental series as te o*tainin! ne t+)es of anticancer com)ounds it lo deuterium content for in vitro and in vivo future e()eriments.
