Industrial Work Practice (Prakerin) aims to make students able to develop skills in accordance with the real working world.To determine the successful implementation of an evaluation Prakerin. Program evaluation in this study using the evaluation approach (CIPP) (Context, Input, Proces, Products). The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of Prakerin for Building program students at vocational high school in Bojonegoro academic year 2013/2014 and determine the relationship between the components of the evaluation using the computer program MS. Excel and SPSS 21.0 for windows. The formula used is the correlation and regression. Samples were students of class XII SMKN 2 Bojonegoro Department of Architecture Engineering 1 which already implement Prakerin the 2013/2014 school year with a sample of 31 respondents. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires and documentation.Descriptive analysis evaluating the implementation of SMKN 2 Bojonegoro Prakerin students majoring in Architecture Engineering 1 2013/2014 school year is (1) Context, both categories; (2) Put, category quite well; (3) The process, both categories; (4) The products, both categories; (5) there is a positive correlation between the results of the evaluation Context, Input, Process jointly on product evaluation, the contribution of the remaining relations = 82.1% and 17.9% contribution of other factors; (6) there is a positive relationship between the evaluation context with product evaluation = 0.656 occurs strong relationships; evaluate the relationship between the input to the evaluation of product = 0.449 of a relationship strong enough; the relationship between the evaluation process with evaluation of products = 0.895 happen very strong relationship.i
