Property program Property examinerThis course focuses on teaching file reviewers, desk adjusters and examiners how to review completed estimates on damaged residential buildings which have been prepared by other adjusters or contractors.

Residential policyThis course is designed for entry level and experienced students who must be able to understand and apply policy language from standard homeowners and dwelling policies as they relate to investigating and handling property claims.

Residential estimatingThis course teaches students how to scope and prepare thorough and accurate estimates on residential property damage.

Residential roofing contractor certificationThis course is designed for entry level and experienced residential contractors who require an overview of Xactimate and estimating roofs.

UAS drone certificationThis course covers the techniques and best practices required to safely and successfully utilize drones for inspection purposes. An online prep course for licensing is included.

Advanced roofing certification for adjustersThis advanced level course is designed for experienced property damage estimators and appraisers.

Commercial adjusting and business incomeThis course analyzes the commercial property policy, including building and personal property coverage forms, the insuring agreement and other coverage forms. The student will also analyze business income and basic concepts of business income loss.

Commercial estimatingThis course is designed for the individual who is required to produce or review structural damage repair estimates on commercial buildings of four stories or less.

Casualty and liability loss adjustingThis course teaches the principles of law and legal liability, automobile and general liability principles with an emphasis on statement-taking exercises. Actual cases are studied to enhance the student’s ability to apply learned principles to real life applications.

Client-designed reviewer programClient specific program delivered at your site to train office-based desk adjusters and estimate reviewers to recognize typical errors made by field adjusters and contractors relating to misidentifying materials, measuring and other scoping errors. Auto program Auto examinerThis course is designed for those charged with reviewing pre-written estimates or onsite review of auto damage estimates and those who generate estimates on light to moderate outer body damage.

Auto estimaticsThis course is designed for entry level estimators and appraisers with no prior auto experience. The student will learn the skills to prepare a complete and accurate electronic estimate using automated system data as well as practical repair formulas and structural analysis methods.

2 weeks — $2,995

Accelerated auto estimaticsThis course is designed for experienced estimators and appraisers with a solid understanding of automobile components and desire to improve their estimating skills. Pre-work is assigned to the student that must be completed to attend this course.

Introduction to electric vehiclesThis course is designed for the experienced auto estimator advancing to electric vehicle estimates. The student will learn electric and hybrid vehicle components, basic functions and estimating methods.
