Rinaldi has over 17 years of professional experience covering a broad range of discipline in the property industry. He has been involved in a variety of valuation assignments, which were conducted for a variety of real property assets throughout Indonesia for various purposes. His expertise covers valuation of plantations, hotels and resorts, commercial offices, retail centres, apartments, land bank development, Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) projects, and corporate asset portfolios.

Prior to forming KJPP Rinaldi, Riki & Rekan, he has a proven track records leading a property consultation firms such as former company, where he was responsible managing assignment for residential, industrial, land developments, and major commercial valuation projects.

As an experienced senior valuer, he was trusted to teach P1 – P2 course for MAPPI (Indonesian Society of Appraisers) in Medan and Riau area, University and In house Trainer Banking, moreover he also has expertise in market studies and highest and best use studies.

Qualifications:
