SEKISUI JUSHI PHILIPPINES GROUP, is Japanese manufacturing company which was established in 1995 and a wholly subsidiary of Sekisui Jushi Corp. Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group, members include: • Sekisui Jushi Philippines, Inc. which manufacture Photovoltaic Solar Modules, Linear Pointer including Pipe Assembling System and trade the same in wholesale basis. • Summit Strapping Corp. which manufacture and sale of Polypropylene Strapping Band. • SJC Land Service Corp. - Land holding company
Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group was incorporated on October 2, 1996 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sekisui Jushi Corporation and is located at Lot 11, Phase II, Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna. The name of the company was changed to Summit Strapping Corporation on September 6, 1999. The company was reorganized as a result of the joint venture between Sekisui Jushi Corporation (60%) and Ube Nitto Kasei Co. (40%) which took effect on February 29, 2000. Summit Strapping Corporation is engaged in the manufacture and sales of Polypropylene strapping band. Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group was established and purchase Solar Battery Division from Summit Strapping Corp on December 10, 1999. On April 1, 2007, Summit Strapping Corporation (SSC) was owned 100% by Sekisui Jushi Corporation located in Japan, the world’s largest embossed strap producer. Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group, lives up to its corporate slogan “Creation of new Values”, through the discovery of new materials and the compounding of plastics with other materials such as metals, textile, woods and glass fiber. Through original technology and commitment to quality, the company has developed many high-value-added products and specialty product and has grown to its manufacturing enterprise with a wide range of product lines that include consumer goods and home appliances as well as commercial products. The Executive Management has a firm commitment to uphold the Company Quality Policy. The responsibility, authority and interrelationships of all personnel who manage, perform and verify work-affecting quality are defined in the company quality manual.

We, Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group shall innovate and adopt to changes in technology to deliver quality products for total customer satisfaction by: Thoroughly review the customer requirement at planned intervals, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy
and effectiveness of process performance and products specification prior to production. Establish objectives and process necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements and the organization policies. Shall communicate the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all company personnel are aware of the importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives. The company shall determine, collect and analyze appropriate data to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system and to evaluate where continual improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system. Sekisui Jushi Philippines Group aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application to the system, including process for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.

Polypropylene Strapping Band Our product, Polypropylene (PP) Strapping Band is a simple, unique and reliable packaging material.
PP strapping band is necessary when products need to be packed/stacked into layers and when there
is a requirement of balance on pallets. PP strapping band ensures that goods are packed in good condition
until it reaches its destination safely. It is widely used in the industries such as food product, electronics,
automotive, home appliances, pharmaceuticals, paper product, textile , garments, glass and ceramics
industries, etc. It is also designed to be compatible with major brands of strapping machines, strapping tools
and manual application method.
PP strapping band is produced using high quality raw materials and goes through a comprehensive
process and series of QA testing and evaluation to ensure that we meet our quality standard specification and
satisfy our customers’ needs/requirements.
