ABOUT THE INSTITUTEGovernment Engineering College Wayanad (GECW), one among the prestigious technological

institutions under the Technical Education Department of Government of Kerala, is located at

Thalappuzha, Wayanad. The institute is affiliated to Kannur University and A.P.J Abdul Kalam

Technological University, Kerala. The under-graduate programs are in Computer Science &

Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and

Mechanical Engineering. The Post-graduate programs are Communication and Signal processing

in ECE and Network and Security in CSE. The misty environs of the campus surrounded by tea

plantations and refreshing mountains adds to the beauty and serenity of the campus.

WAYANAD -THE “LAND OF PADDY FIELDS”

Wayanad is the green paradise nestled among the mountains of the Western Ghats. The mountain

district is the most picturesque in the state by the green glaze of alluring vegetation and pleasant

climate. The place is also a well-known hill station with many tourist attractions like the Edakkal

caves, the Chembra peak, Jain Temples, Wild life sanctuaries, Earth Dam and waterfalls. Clean and

pristine, enchanting and hypnotizing, the land is filled with history and culture

The department offers PG programme in Communication Engineering & Signal Processing, and UG

programme in Electronics & Communication Engineering It has well qualified and well experienced

faculty, excellent laboratory facilities.

National Conference on Communication Computing and Signal Processing (NCCCSP-2016)” will be

C) PAPER SUBMISSION

Full Text Manuscripts in IEEE template should be submitted by one of the authors of the

manuscript to ncccsp16@gecwyd.ac.in. Only electronic PDF (*.pdf) file shall be considered for

review. Length of the paper is limited up to 6 pages. Submissions by anyone other than one of

the authors will not be accepted. All the future correspondence shall be done only with

corresponding author.

D) PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Full text paper submissions to conference will be peer-reviewed by the members of the specific

Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board to assess their quality and relevance to scope of

conferences and the attendees of the conference. The reviewers’ recommendations determine

whether a paper shall be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to resubmission with

significant changes / rejected. Conference Coordinator reserves the right to refuse any

manuscript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications

before publication. After provisional acceptance the corresponding author shall send the Word

(*.doc or *.docx)/latex file of the revised manuscript to ncccsp16@gecwyd.ac.in

NOTE: Selected quality papers shall be sent to reputed Journals in India and abroad for

publication.
