About Innovation Exchange
What’s the problem?
Too few third sector innovations change the world
Size
Age
Support for innovation has been poor in the third sector
Someone in the third sector has an idea
They write a letter to the Minister
The Minister gives the letter to a civil
servant
The civil servant writes a letter of congratulation
Innovators are disconnected from potential supporters
Commissioners and investors
Innovators in the third sector
What’s the solution?
We need to connect innovators, collaborators and supporters
Public service commissioners
Social investors
Third sector innovators
The Exchange finds opportunities for innovation and exploits them
Great third sector innovations
Commissioners’ and investors’ needs
Advice and support
with individual budgets
Support to overcome
social isolation
It will support the best innovations to get to scale
Our pitch to the third sector is simple: Don’t give away your ideas, but don’t keep them to yourself.
