FIRM LEADERSHIP

Scott W. Luton

Managing Partner, TalentStream

Scott Luton serves as Managing Partner for TalentStream and is a member of the

ownership group. He brings more than 15 years of general management and business

development experience to TalentStream. After graduating from the University of South

Carolina in 2000, he began his career as a database analyst in the United States Air Force.

Luton later joined EmployBridge – a national specialty staffing provider based in Atlanta –

where he was named to the President’s Club in 2007 and 2008. He has held leadership

roles including Vice President of Business Development for Definity Partners and Director

of Sales for Clairon Metals Corporation. More recently, Luton founded Riverwood

Associates in 2013, a leading process improvement consulting and training firm in the

Southeast. He formerly served as President of APICS Atlanta and currently is a member of

APICS Southeast District Staff. Luton also maintains active membership in the Association

for Manufacturing Excellence, the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance, and SHRM Atlanta.

Jessica Bickes Clayton

Founder & Partner, TalentStream

Jessica is the founding Partner of TalentStream and a member of the ownership group.

She is a cum laude graduate of Clemson University with a Masters Degree from The

Citadel. Jessica grew up in the staffing industry and worked for a national staffing

company before launching TalentStream. In addition to leading TalentStream’s recruiting

and operations, Jessica enjoys giving back to the Greenville Community and spending

time with her husband and three children. A former Teacher of the Year in South

Carolina, she has served as a volunteer leader at a wide variety of organizations, to

include Ronald McDonald House, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the Red Cross.

Jessica maintains active professional memberships in SHRM Greenville, APICS, and the

Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
