BPP believe in progress for everyone. We work closely with employers and professional bodies to make our learning as real world, relevant and future facing as possible. We do it for the biggest names and we do it in specialist areas. Our relationship with Santander started in 2016 with over 500 apprentices to date so you are in safe hands with us.

Why apprenticeships?

About your Apprenticeship:

Working in financial services opens up a broad variety of careers, all of which are based on managing money and most involve working with customers as part of a large team.

Through this programme you will learn to identify customer needs and match these to suitable products and services, working in the customer’s best interests with honesty, integrity and professionalism. It will help you understand teamwork and how to maximise your contribution within it. You will combine a hands-on approach with new knowledge and valuable insight.

Santander recognises the importance of developing future skills through apprenticeships, and as such are fully committed to giving you the time, support and guidance to succeed in your apprenticeship. Together we’ve got all the support you need covered!

Support and development via your Provider

You will be taught by expert tutors who have practical experience in the fields in which they teach and a passion to share that knowledge to maximise your career potential.

You will have access to a Coach who is on hand to guide you through each stage of your learning journey, providing you with clear aims and objectives. They will keep in regular contact with you and instil the confidence that you can achieve. All our Coaches have industry experience enabling them to bring your programme to life.

You will have access to a Virtual Learning Environment with all of your qualification content, additional learning resources and all the step-by-step support you need to ensure your success.

Anything else?

During the on-programme stage you will complete the Associated Chartered Banker Diploma. This qualification makes you eligible for Associate Chartered Banker status and to use the designatory letters ‘ACIBS’ after your name.

You will complete an End Point Assessment at the end of your programme to demonstrate you have gained all the Knowledge and can demonstrate all Skills and Behaviours written in the standard.
