and its business partners> the 0usiness ?ules outline the operational procedures to be ollo#ed by NSDL andits @0usiness artners"

In ie# o the S50I Depositories and articipants2 Amendment2 ?egulations, BC1B, NSDL has adopted Code

of Conductor its Directors and Code of &thicsor its Directors and ey -anagement ersonnel as

prescribed under ?egulation 9D o the aoresaid regulations" %he +ode o 5thics or Directors and ey

-anagement ersonnel o NSDL, is aimed at improing the proessional and ethical standards in the
