ABOUT MY SUNSHINE POINTS WHAT IS IT? An exclusive rewards program for Premier Salons where salon owners can earn great rewards for qualifying product purchases WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Salon owners that sign a 3-year exclusive agreement to become a Premier Salon, but choose not to participate in the co-op funds program WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM DATES? My Sunshine Points coincides with the Premier Salon term of November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2015 WHAT CAN YOU EARN? Salon owners can earn valuable My Sunshine Points, which can be redeemed for name-brand merchandise (including business items), hotel stays, tickets and more! HOW DO I EARN MY SUNSHINE POINTS? Premier Salons will earn 50 My Sunshine Points for every $100 in qualifying New Sunshine products purchased. Qualifying Purchases must be purchased from Distributor named on the Premier Salon Agreement Qualifying Purchases include New Sunshine Brand Tanning Lotions, After Tan Products, Sunless Solutions, and Accessories. Terms and Conditions Salon owners must be in good standing with New Sunshine at the time of any award issuance. A salon that violates the terms of the exclusive agreement will be inactivated from the program. No award/prize substitutions are allowed. Sunshine Points may not be supplemented with cash or credit card in an effort to obtain higher valued awards. New Sunshine reserves the right to modify and/or cancel this program at any time without prior notice. The New Sunshine Program Management Team, whose decisions are final, will resolve all matters pertaining to the interpretation and/or application of program rules. Participants are responsible for any income tax liabilities associated with Sunshine Point earnings.

number, product(s) purchased, purchase price, salon name.2. The actual exclusive advertisement(s) being claimed. No proofs are accepted. All

ads submitted must feature at least one Brand Logo and comprise of 15% of the total ad space.

3. Receipt(s) for the ad(s) being claimed, showing date of ad(s) in public view between 11/1/12 to 10/31/13
