About KDS Singapore

Established in 2014, the decision was made to separate the Warehousing and Distribution division from Korchina Logistics (S) Pte Ltd in order to provide a more specialized service for our customers. And thus Korchina Distribution & Storage (S) Pte Ltd was formed.

Amid providing normal and air-conditioned storage, a licensed warehouse facility is also available to store and handle liquor and beer with duties suspended.

We currently occupy over 50,000sqft of warehouse space, equipped with a full pallet rack ing system, web-based inventory management system and security measures such as CCTVs and 24-hour Chubb monitoring.

Security Policy Statement

This policy reflects Korchina Distribution & Storage (S) Pte Ltd [KDS] commitment to address any security vulnerabilities that our organization might face and ensure that the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the systems and data are maintained at all times.

All employees must, at all times, be aware of and adhere to the Standard Procedures laid down with regards to security, including but not limited to physical warehouse security, handling of visitors/contractors and challenging of unauthorized/unidentified persons in/near the warehouse.

Any security concerns from employees must be reported to the management team and such concerns can include varying situations such as a potential bomb threat or office/warehouse theft.

Security must be further strengthened by maintaining established procedures for recruitment, termination and screening of customers and business partners.

The full policy is available internally to all employees and they are encouraged to provide feedback on any unclear/undocumented areas or go through it regularly if unsure of any procedures.

As there might be various opportunities for improvements through the years, the policy will need to be reviewed and updated at regular intervals as and when necessary, and each interval should not exceed 1 year.

Trade Compliance Policy Statement

This policy reflects Korchina Distribution & Storage (S) Pte Ltd [KDS] commitment to operate in accordance with the regulations of any standing Singapore Customs licensing schemes and internal company policies that we are currently operating under as well as the standards of any certifications that we currently hold.

It applies to all employees of KDS Singapore and also recognizes that failure to meet trade compliance requirements can have serious consequences for KDS, including damage to our company’s reputation, monetary penalties and suspension or revocation of applicable licences and certifications.

We are thus committed to the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of these standards, policies and regulations within our business processes.
