First Security is a Licensed Private Security Agency under Home

Department, Government of Mizoram vide licensed No. MPSA/40/2015

and registered under Labour Employment & Industrial Training

Department, Government of Mizoram vide No. CL(A)/3/2015.

It is a Security agency comprising Security Guards (SG), Closed

Circuit Television (CCTV), Walkie Talkie and various security item

including accessories which are permissible for public use.

It was established in the year 2012 dealing with all kinds of

security materials, and in the year 2015 extended its service

providing security guards as where it is demanded.

With positive reputations, it is regarded as one of the best

security providers in the State of Mizoram. Experience is one of the

main powers of an agency where the head and staffs of this agency

had many experiences and specialized in their works. Every footstep

is taken carefully and always hopes the best and prepared for the

worst.

First Security also dealt with CCTV and other security items in

various establishments with Zote Bakery is the largest private CCTV

user with 48 Channels of CCTVs installed in and around the bakery

etc. This business also gives opportunity to the security guard

trainees to get involved in CCTV operation and maintenance system.

It has supplied more than 150 Remote Speaker Mics to the

Aizawl Traffic Police where there is simplicity and economic use for

their Walkie Talkies. Several other non-clients also approached for

video enhancing and helping out for evidence against the culprits of

several crimes committed under their watch of surveillance systems.

He was an Ex-Senior Under Officer

(SUO) which is the highest rank in a Unit in

the 1 Mizo Bn. NCC.

Having Advanced Diploma Degree

in Computer Applications, Criminology and

Forensic Sciences. He started First Inc. in the

year 2012 dealing with security items such as

CCTV, Fingerprint Systems, etc,. He had past

experiences in Crime and Criminal Tracking

Network and Systems (CCTNS), a Central

Project linking every Police Station throughout

India. He started First Security in the year

2015 hoping to promote the knowledge for

the needs of Security.

A graduate student from Government

Hrangbana College under the Mizoram

University who had many experiences

regarding Security Services.

He was an Ex-Under Officer of an Unit

ie., Second Highest rank in a Unit in 20

Mizoram (I) Coy.

Having O & A Level in Computer

Applications with Diploma in Hardware

Engineering, he joined First Inc. in the year

2012 dealing with CCTV. He had also past

experienced as Instructor at Citech

Computers, Asst. cum DEO in ICPS.

First Security is the only agency in Mizoram which provides

sufficient Personal Defense Weapons (Non-Lethal). Imported heavy

duty – Multi – utility belts are provided to all the personnel. The

weapons are:-

1) PEPPERSPRAY: Pepperspray is a Self-defense spray which

is made from Oleresin Capsicum, a real extract from hot

chillies. When sprayed on the face of the attackers, it

temporarily disables them for 30-45 minutes only.

2) TELESCOPIC STEEL BATON: This baton is a special baton

which can retract and extract at the move of the hand. When

it is retracted, it is about 6-8inches long where it can be

easily kept on the duty belt and it is 21 or 26inches when

extracted. It is made up of non-rust alloy.

3) FLASHLIGHT STUNGUN: It is a Flashlight made up of

Aircraft grade aluminum where it has two probes on the tip

which acts as conductor of electricity. When turned on with

bodily contact with the attacker, it provides high voltage of

electric shock and capable of temporary disability for a few

seconds.

4) OTHER ITEMS ON THE BELT:-

i. GLOVES: Gloves play a very important role in the line of

duty where personnel respond to help injured persons. It is

also very important while conducting body search and so on.

ii. HANDCUFF: It is an optional item where it is used for

deterrence. The agency does not provide handcuffs, but have

to buy by the bearer themselves (The agency provides only

the holster for handcuffs).

iii. SILENT KEY HOLDER: The Silent Key Holder provides safe

hold and no sound at all hanging keys to the belt. It plays a

very important role while patrolling and stealth search.

iv. METAL DETECTORS: Metal Detectors are used only on the

locations which needs special search and it is provided by the

agency.

v. WALKIE TALKIES: Walkie Talkies of UHF Range is used by

the agency but only on specific locations where there are

needs of fast communications.
