POLE TENTSCenter poles as interior supports provide thisstyle tent with endless decorating possibilitiesand enough space for any major event. Pole tents must be fully staked to the ground.

Pole tents are avaialbe in widths of20', 30', 40', 60', 80' and 100'.Optional lengths are available for each size.

FRAME TENTSThe absence of center poles allows for maxi-mum use of interior space with no obstructedviews. Great for concrete, blacktop and deckinstallations. The 20'x, 30'x and 50'x tents areavailable with Gable Ends. These tents can beanchored with stakes or concrete weights.

Frame tents are avaialbe in widths of15', 16', 20', 30', 40' and 50'.Optional lengths are available for each size.

SAIL CLOTH TENTSInspired by the sea, this pole tent has anautical feel with sculpted peaks andtranslucent fabric.

Sail Cloth tents are avaialbe in widths of44' and 59'.Optional lengths are available for each size.

CLEAR SPAN STRUCTUREClear span tents provide a well secured envi-ronment for long term installations and highprofile events. They are assembled with boxbeam aluminum giving them incrediblestrength. These tents can be anchored withstakes or concrete weights.

The absence of center poles allows for noobstructed views and maximun interior space.

These are available in widths of 30M (100'), 40m(132') and 50m (164') with a variety of lengths.

area (sq. ft.) by 8.• When using round tables, divide the room

area (sq. ft.) by 10.These figures are for maximum seating. If space isavailable for more comfortable seating, allow anadditional 2 sq. ft. per person.

Aside from main traffic areas, allow 54" betweenround tables for chair and service space and 60"between oblong tables where seating is back-to-back.This permits 24" service space behind an 18" chairdepth.

For Classroom Style SeatingDivide the “student” seating area (sq. ft.) by 8.

For Theater Style SeatingDivide the “spectator” seating areas (sq. ft.) by 6. Thismethod of figuring allows for chair and passage aisle.It does not allow for problems caused by traffic aisle, location of columns, service doors orunique room shapes. It is useful for a quick, generalapproximation.

Most of our equipment can be transported by the customers. Rates fordelivery and pick-up are on an individual basis determined by the size ofthe order, distance of travel and time of day. Delivery is available to alllocations. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all itemsin a predetermined and mutually agreed upon place. Minimum deliveryprices are for first floor or tailgate deliveries. Additional requirementsmay be subject to extra charges. Arrangements for a setup and forknock-down must be made in advance with an additional charge.

A Security Deposit/Cancellation Charge is required to reserve all rentalequipment. MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted. Allcontracts are required to be paid in full before delivery or customerpick-up.

Any changes to your order must be made at least 72 hours in advanceof customer pick-up or our delivery of the equipment rented.Cancellation charges do apply.

We package our equipment in special containers for china, glassware,silver, etc., to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamangedand table ready. All china, glassware, silver, etc., should be cleanedand repacked in the same condition as delivered. Glassware should beturned upside down in the racks. Flatware and china should be rinsed ofall food products. All tables and chairs should be folded and stacked forpick-up at a mutually agreed single location. Items not meeting theserequirements will be subject to additional fees. Linens need to bereturned dry. For sanitary reasons, all equipment must be returnedclean. Items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge.

Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from receipt ofthe items to the time of return. Please be sure all rental items aresecured when not in use and protected from the weather conditions. Weoffer an optional Damage Protection so that you can be protected fromaccidental damage. This does not cover missing equipment, negligence,or willful destruction of rented equipment. If Damage Protection is notselected a charge will apply for the replacement cost of any damagedequipment.
