    According to Rojas (2012), in the Philippines, out of 76, 506, 928 population, almost one million (942, 098) is comprised of PWDs. Mo(58.13%) of them belonged to the working age group of 15 years o(NSO 2002 Census) As the number of PWDs continues to unemployed PWDs are present.

    Many PWDs continue to experience work discrimination, unequalimited opportunities. They are hardly equipped for competitive long-term employment (Fojas, 2012).

    Realizing the presence of discrimination, prejudices, inequalitynegative attitudes toward PWDs, there is a need to seek reasons and to find solutions to these problems.

    Theme 4: Ihad new experiences and learnings.Most of the participants revealed that they are already

    employed in the mainstream environment, knowing the demands ofThey also shared that if they stop working on their jobs, it would be for them to look for another job. This was reflected by one of the (P6)which states:

    Being at work also made them realize that they can do thingsthink they cant do, because they are also provided forums and senhance their skills and abilities. This was reflected on P3sanswer:

    Theme 5: Accomplishingthings that we can handle.The theme has surfaced the essence of what the participa

    rather than what they couldnt. It brings out the value of pushing fullest potentials; pursuing tasks despite of having deficits and abilities in spite of focusing on inabilities by being productive.
