Tupi pilot FPSO Cidade De Angara dos Reis MV22 MODEC convert the VLCC "M/V Sunrise IV

The FPSO will be capable of processing:

Peregrino FPSO & Wellhead Platforms

The FPSO and the two wellhead platforms will be installed on the Peregrino Fieldlocated offshore 85 km south-east of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The recoverableresources are estimated at between 300 million and 600 million barrels of heavy oil(API 14). There will be 30 horizontal production wells and 7 water injection wells.Production will commence in the first quarter of 2010.

Offshore (BWO) The FPSO will be installed on the Chinook

Cascade fields, located in the Walker Ridgeblock, situated over 300 km south of theLouisiana coast in the beginning of 2010.Production will commence in the first quarter of

2010. The FPSO will have a storage capacityof about 600,000 barrels of oil, a processcapacity of 80,000 bopd and gas exportfacilities of 16 mmscfd. The FPSO will beinstalled on the field with a water depth of2,600 meters, probably the deepest waterdepth an FPSO ever has been installed on.

Low Cost Fast track FPSO projects (sample) Olowi Fred Olsen Production

The 145,000 dwt tanker Knock Allen to be convertedat Dubai Dry Dock to a FPSO for operation for CNRInternational (Olowi) Limited offshore Gabon, VestAfrica.

When completed in October 2008, the FPSO will havea production capacity of 35,000 barrels of oil, 85 mmdcf

gas per day and a power gen capacity of 2x27MW. Thestorage facilities of the vessel will hold 1.04 millionbarrels of oil equivalent.

The 380,000 dwt tanker Ellen Maersk to be converted to a

FPSO at Keppel Shipyard in Singapore in 2007 andrenamed Vincent.

When completed in 2008, the FPSO will have a productioncapacity of 120,000 barrels of oil and 100 million standardcubic feet of gas per day. The storage facilities of the vesselwill hold 1.9 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Vitoria, is a FPSO vessel with a storage capacity of1,600,000 barrels and an oil production capacity of 100,000barrels of oil per day. The FPSO is used on the Petrobrasfield called Golfinho.

Low Cost Fast track FPSO projects (sample)

Sendje Ceiba

The 275,000 dwt tanker Berge Hus was converted into anFPSO at Jurong shipyard in Singapore and renamed SendjeCeiba.

FPSO Sendje Ceiba was delivered with a productioncapacity of 160,000 barrels of liquids per day (bpd) andwater injection capacity of 135,000 bpd. The storagecapacity is two million barrels of oil. ABB (Vetco Aibel) hasprovided the process plant. The design life is 15 years withten years on the field without dry docking.

Berge Helene Generic

The conversion of the 275,000 dwt tanker BergeHelene was completed 2003 at Jurong shipyard in

Singapore. Berge Helene is a generic FPSO with aproduction capacity of 60,000 barrels of liquids per day(bpd) and a storage capacity of two million barrels ofcrude oil. The vessel is designed for extended at-seaservice and to support incremental, on-locationexpansion of up to 240,000 bpd.
