We only accept a very small number of business owners onto this package each year (currently a maximum of 10) so that we can keep the levels of service incredibly high.

This is the package for those who accept only the very best, and appreciate that the finer things in life usually cost that little bit more.

Compliance WorkThis is the bare minimum you would expect from your accountant. It's called compliance work because it helps you comply with your legal requirements. It's something you have to do to operate legally, but it doesn't actually add any value to your business.

Unfortunately it's not very glamorous or exciting, but if you don't do it you'll endup in a lot of trouble. So we automatically include the relevant accounts and tax return needed for your business entity at no extra charge.

XeroThis is the award winning online book keeping system that we will use to help you manage your day to day affairs. It can be accessed via PC, Mac, Linux, Tablet, Smartphone - you just need internet access and a browser.

Receipt BankNow things are starting to get interesting. This takes the usage of Xero to a whole new level. From now on, all your receipts for purchases will be scanned and sent directly to Xero so that you will never have to enter an expense or purchase into your book keeping software again. Additionally, you will now have a permanent electronic copy of your receipt that doesn't fade, get lost or get eaten by your dog...

ReportsClients on our Executive packages and above receive periodic management reports to help ensure that their business is on track. The reports can include an executive summary, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash summary and give a real insight into the health of the business and how things are going.

We can even present these reports in a colourful and interesting format so that you can really see in graphical terms how the numbers are affecting your business. And of course this allows us to be truly proactive in giving you some useful yearend tax planning advice.

CashflowWe use an in depth cash flow program for all our clients on the Entrepreneur and Tycoon packages. Cashflow is the lifeblood of any business, so these reports are invaluable in helping you to grow your enterprise.

We work really closely alongside you, which is why this package is only available to a select few businesses each year. Our relationship on this package begins by finding out exactly where you currently are with your business and where you would like it to be in the future.

Between us, we can then create a plan of action to help you fulfil your goals.

Our systems allow us to measure all sorts of aspects of your business - both financial and otherwise. Whatever Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are important to you can be monitored and advised upon. This could be debtor control, staff productivity, liquidity and so forth. It's different for each client, and is tailored to be unique to your requirements.

These monthly reports will help you to quickly achieve the business success that you desire.

The Small PrintSo you probably came to this section because so far it all sounds too good to be true and there must be a catch?

Well relax, because there is no catch. There are no hidden clauses, and no nasty surprises.

When you have chosen which package you would like to proceed with, we will send you a written quotation and letter of engagement. This outlines everything that you will be getting from us and how much it will cost you. Of course it contains some T&C's (even we can't get away from legal red tape completely!) but there's no complicated jargon and no sneaky clauses to trip you up further down the line.

We always agree a fee for all work ahead of commencement, so if you need something extra then we can easily arrange a bespoke package just for you. You will know exactly what this is going to cost you each month, leaving you in complete control of your finances.

But I Already Have An Accountant. Is It Easy To Switch?If you already have an accountant then we make it really simple to switch. Between us we decide a "Go Live" date to start using our system. We then contact your old accountant to get all the information that we need and then we transfer it all on your behalf. And that's all there is to it!

There's no need to wait until the end of your financial year - we can literally switch you over within a matter of days.It's totally hassle free, and means that you can start to run your business more efficiently almost immediately.
