1. Gyratory Multi Deck Screens

Gyratory Screen generated by a double eccentric weight mounted on both ends of aspecial vibratory motor mounted vertically. The machine performs any size basedseparation with the use of wire mesh or perforated sheet. During the process, theproducts smaller than the mesh aperture falls through the mesh and the oversizematerials gets discharges from the outlet spout .

1. Pelletizer/Nodulizer

Pelletizers are the equipment of choice when uniform pellet size and ease of control areimportant when converting powdered materials into round spherical pellets of 500micron to 20 mm diameter. The equipment that dries raw ground materials and makespellets: Starts pelletizer rotating and start feed and discharge conveyors and travelinggrates in preburning-ovens.

Pelletizers can agglomerate fine, dry feed materials such as chemicalpowders, limestone, fertilizer, coal fines, cement / lime kiln dust and fly ash as well aswetter materials such as filter / centrifuge cake, minerals, ores, vibrating sludge andpond tailings.

2. Granulator

A rotary drum granulator, a kind of fertilizer equipment, is mainly used to complete granulation process during compound fertilizer production processes. Firstly, add raw materials into the drum. Then the materials will rotate along with drum rotation. Finally, the materials will form into granules under the condition that a certain humidity and temperature is provided.

• Granulation rate reaches 70%. A few bit of reverts with small granularity are available for new granulation.

• By adopting vapor for material heating, finished granules feature low water content. Thus the load of drier is reduced and production efficiency is improved.

1. SiloSilos are used in many solids handling processes by a wide range of industries. Theobjective of all silo designs is to obtain reliable and controllable flow of particulatesolids in such processes. However, the fact is that various problems in solids flowoccur very frequently in many solids handling processes.

No flow takes place when the outlet of the silo is opened. A stable arch that preventsflow is formed above the outlet. This may happen both with fine powders and coarsesolids, and is generally attributed to the development of cohesion in the solids or tomechanical interlocking.

2. Pneumatic Blending Silo

Pneumatic blending is one of the quickest, cleanest and most efficient methods toobtain homogenous batches of powdered, granular, or abrasive materials intransporters, atmospheric bins, or storage silos. Unlike a conventional blender, apneumatic blender puts the user in control by providing the ability to customize ablend.

Pneumatic Blenders are equipped with either six or twelve wear-resistant aeratorsmounted around a housing cone. When the aeration valves are pulsed, gentle blasts ofcompressed air are injected into the center of an unblended batch at various angles togently lift the materials upward and outward until the blending target is achieved.

1.Rotary Table Feeder

Rotary Table Feeder will consist of a power driven circulated plate rotating directlybelow a hopper / bunker. A feed collar located immediately above rotating table usedin conjunction with an adjustable plough, determines the volume of materialdischarged.

The lower edge of the feed collar will be parallel to the table with a predetermined gapfrom table top. This arrangement permits equal quality of material to flow under thecollar and spread over the table as it resolves. The material is then ploughed off intothe discharge chute.

Rotary table feeders are most useful for handlingmaterials that are sluggish, tend to interlock ormat and thereby arch over restricted openings

Ribbon Blender comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designedDouble Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on aproven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fastefficient blending. The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefullybalanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids deadspots and gives rapid product discharge.

The outer ribbon displaces the material from the ends to the center while the innerribbon moves the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current actionresults in homogenous blending.

The Muller type mixer provides additional mixing forces over that of moreconventional mixers to assure that the total mixture prepared is of uniformconsistency. Unlike conventional mixing, mulling provides forces that incorporatekneading, shearing, smearing, and blending of materials for total uniformconsistency. This process produces just enough pressure to move, intermingle andpush particles into place without crushing, grinding, or distorting the ingredients.The result is a final mixture of truly uniform consistency in both physical andchemical structure.

Mulling is an extension of mixing resulting from the intensification of work forcesThe work forces are applied via the tread of weighted mulling wheels. The weight, andthereby the mixing efficiency, is controlled through a spring suspension arrangementon the wheel that is fully adjustable and allows the user toincrease or decrease the amount of work that is appliedto the mixture via the mulling wheel.

We offer an extensive range of Pan Mixers with outputs from 400 liters to 3,300liters. This makes them suited to a wide range of users, from small builders to ready-mix plants. Pan Mixers are ideal for mixing mortar and wet and dry screeds. All PanMixers in our range can be fed via a variety of methods including a bucket railsystem or conventional conveyor belt and radial scrapers. Larger models are fittedwith dual mixing sequence and double rotation mixing arms giving a fullyhomogenized mix within 60 seconds.

Separating EquipmentsErkensator and Solemnity Separator:

Erkensator is separate mineral’s slurry in two ways. It separate minerals on theirproperties of bulk density and weight. Heavy weight particles come out fromdownward outlet and light weight particles come out from upward outlet.

Solemnity Separator is a kind of separating machine that classifies big and smallmineral granules. It works according to the fact that different granules (with varioussizes and weight) sink at different speeds in liquids. It can filter powders grindedfrom mill and rotate the course materials to the feeding hole of the mill anddischarge filtered fine materials though the overflow pipe.
